Job description

The Regional Vice President is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple store locations within a designated area. This role drives top-line results and company objectives through strategic leadership, clear and consistent communication, and the development of high-performing teams. The RVP ensures each store achieves metrics, operational standards, and service expectations while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. This role requires a competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to lead a team of stores in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This is an exempt position, with annual bonus eligibility.
