Your role:
  • Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
  • Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
  • Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
  • Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
  • Train and mentor new associates
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
What we're looking for:
  • 1 year of retail experience
  • 1 year of experience in team supervision
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
