Job description

Prepare a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Strict adherence to Chicken Salad Chick standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness/sanitation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Always adhere to brand standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
  • Complete duties on opening and closing prep checklists.
  • Understands and complies with CSC standard portion sizes, cooking methods, recipe specifications, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepares all guest orders adhering to Speed of Service goals.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, including tables, shelves, walls, steamer, sandwich line, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Close line kitchen properly following closing checklist and assist others in closing the kitchen.
  • Promptly report equipment/food quality problems as well as product shortages to Managment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Management.
