We are seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. This role works closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and consistent food service for members and guests.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and consistent manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • Assist with food preparation, inventory organization, and kitchen closing duties
  • Properly label, store, and rotate food products
  • Work collaboratively with culinary and Food & Beverage team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
