Job description

Position Description:
The Production Support role is a flexible, shared resource that assists across multiple manufacturing departments. This position helps maintain workflow by providing hands-on support wherever needed in production, including paint line, assembly, packaging, and the metal shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Paint Line
  • Retrieve parts as required
  • Prepare parts by buffing, sanding, and cleaning
  • Hang and remove parts from the line
  • Assist with paint line maintenance

Assembly & Packaging
  • Wrap and package finished goods for shipment
  • Label parts with computer-generated labels
  • Assist with crate building and product loading

Metal Shop
  • Operate preprogrammed machinery and saws
  • Deburr metal parts

General
  • Perform other duties across production as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read tape measure
  • Basic hand tool knowledge
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Stable work history

Requirements:
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Physical Demands:
  • Exposure to moderate high heat, especially in summer
  • Moderate to loud noise levels
  • Adequate lighting throughout production areas
