Job Summary:
To plan and implement classroom instructional programs which meet the needs of individual students in keeping with the educational goals, objectives and curriculum as adopted by the Wyckoff Board of Education. Maintain a safe atmosphere of learning in the classroom using effective and appropriate classroom management techniques that fosters learning and personal growth. To help pupils develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education. Maintain appropriate level of communication with administrators, parents and other staff members while adhering to confidentiality guidelines at all times. Uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations and Board policies.
