Work you'll do/Responsibilities

The Quality Managed Services Senior Consultant will Lead and contribute to end-to-end delivery for TrackWise, TrackWise Digital, and ComplianceWire platforms - including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, workflow development, and user acceptance testing.

Configure and administer quality management workflows including CAPA, deviation management, change control, audit management, complaint handling, and OOS/OOT investigations in TrackWise or TrackWise Digital. Design and implement compliance training curricula, learning paths, role-based assignments, and curriculum versioning within ComplianceWire or equivalent LMS platforms. Develop integration solutions connecting quality and compliance platforms with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, document management, LIMS), ensuring data integrity and regulatory traceability. Develop functional specifications, configuration workbooks, data migration plans, and GxP validation artefacts including IQ/OQ/PQ test scripts and traceability matrices. Manage and resolve L2/L3 ITSM tickets for quality and compliance AMS engagements within agreed SLA timelines using ServiceNow and JIRA. Execute Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management activities in line with GxP requirements and ITIL best practices. Perform platform administration including user access management, workflow and form configuration updates, LMS catalogue management, and integration monitoring. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions in coordination with Quality and IT teams. Support validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ execution, traceability matrix development, and preparation of GxP-compliant documentation. Participate in go-live readiness activities, cutover planning, hypercare support, and post-implementation review. Lead teams comprising consultants and analysts and drive delivery within the quality and compliance workstream. Maintain comprehensive documentation including runbooks, SOPs, functional specifications, validation artefacts, and change management records.The successful candidate would possess these skills:

Qualifications Required

  • 6+ years of experience with TrackWise, TrackWise Digital, and ComplianceWire platforms
  • Experience in configuring and administering quality management workflows including CAPA, and OOS/OOT investigations in TrackWise or TrackWise Digital.
  • Experience in designing and implementing compliance training curricula
  • Develop integration solutions connecting quality and compliance platforms with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, document management, LIMS), ensuring data integrity and regulatory traceability.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
