About the Role

The Project Manager role acts as the vital bridge between our technical expertise and our clients' complex business needs. This role is ideal for engineers or scientists with a passion for materials, additive manufacturing, mechanical, and/or software engineering who enjoy a dynamic mix of technical, project management, and customer-facing business responsibilities.

As part of our US Project Department, you will collaborate with Sales and Services teams to understand client requirements, architect tailored solutions within TEEXMA®, manage the full lifecycle of software integration projects, and identify key metrics for project success. We ensure your success from day one with a dedicated onboarding and mentorship period through our BASSETTI School to ensure continuous upskilling.


Key Responsibilities


1. Technical Sales & Client Relations

  • Product Demonstrations: Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-value pilots based on documented client needs.
  • Feature Presentations: Articulate software features, benefits, and competitive differentiators across the complete product lifecycle to both business and technical audiences.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the primary operational point of contact, building strong, long-term relationships with clients.


2. Project Leadership & Management

  • Lifecycle Management: Organize and oversee the full lifecycle of software integration projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Project Execution: Manage project schedules, track costs, coordinate business-related validations, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Project Strategy: Create, plan, and execute efficient implementation strategies either independently or as part of a team, and generate business-winning proposals.
  • Change Management: Guide clients through the software transition process, providing operational support and conducting targeted training sessions.


3. Functional Design & Configuration

  • Workflow Optimization: Deep-dive into industry processes to architect, configure, and optimize technical workflows within the TEEXMA platform (e.g., QMS, LIMS), ensuring alignment with operational client needs.
  • Specifications: Translate complex customer requirements into robust functional specifications and technical configurations.
  • Product Evolution: Participate in peripheral projects, including functional analysis and software evolution, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices.


Requirements & Qualifications


Technical Knowledge & Experience

  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, or a related technical/industrial field.
  • Industry Domain: Applicable technical, scientific, and industrial knowledge (experience or interest in manufacturing, PLM, Quality Management, or laboratory workflows is highly valued).
  • Software & Tools: Proficiency with office automation software (MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoho, etc.).
  • Databases & Scripting: Experience with database applications, configurations, and scripting tools (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA, etc.).
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
