Job description

Seattle Radiology is looking for a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technologist to join our Imaging team. Seattle Radiology is a self-standing outpatient imaging center in downtown Seattle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality x-ray exams and procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.
Shift:
Monday - Friday / 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Location:
Located in beautiful Seattle, Washington. Compensation:
The salary range is $39.60 - $52.82 - $66.03. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Position Summary:
  • Properly performs X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and Procedures to ACR standards
  • Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging
  • Assists radiologist with specialized procedures
  • Prepares sterile trays
  • Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications
  • Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
  • Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study
  • Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
  • One year of X-Ray experience preferred
  • Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
