What You'll Do
Ensure Equipment Readiness
- Lead the inspection, testing, and verification of lighting equipment to maintain operational excellence.
- Oversee equipment setup, teardown, cleaning, and maintenance activities before deployment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and help drive effective solutions.
Drive Quality Standards
- Develop and maintain quality control processes for inbound and outbound lighting equipment.
- Monitor quality outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key quality metrics, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making.
Lead and Develop the Team
- Train, coach, and support QC Lighting Technicians in their technical and professional growth.
- Delegate work, prioritize tasks, and help the team meet shipping and show deadlines.
- Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Strengthen Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate inspection records, equipment documentation, and issue-resolution logs.
- Support inventory accuracy and equipment integrity throughout the process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with operational goals and client expectations.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in professional lighting, AV, or quality control.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of professional lighting systems, signal flow, troubleshooting, and equipment handling.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
