Job Description
At Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, our people bring tremendous pride and integrity to

for you. In this position, you will install, repair, service and maintain our clients' outdoor lighting
systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • No work on weekends and no on call hours
  • Install, maintain and service landscape lighting systems according to schedule and applicable instructions.
  • Identify and rectify problems with landscape lighting systems, timers and transformers.
  • Safely drive company vehicle to clients' houses or places of business.
  • Interact with clients to answer frequently asked questions and provide system overview.
  • Complete required production forms.
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ability start work at 6 am and work an 8 to 10 hour day. Normal work hours are from 7 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, plan documents, and short correspondence.
  • Ability to use computer for client record update and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, and other employees of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with
disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Previous experience with electrical, irrigation, landscaping or low-voltage landscape lighting is Preferred
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
  • Must own basic hand tools and small power tools.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and at various heights.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Must have a positive service attitude towards clients.
  • Must be able to manage a small crew.
  • Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
