Job title : Production Operator Level 2
Client : Food Manufacturing Company
Duration : 04 months with possibilities of an extension
Location : Weatherford, TX
Shift : Monday through Friday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM; must be able to work 100% onsite.
Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e, batching mixers, packaging line, micro hand add weighing, receives ingredients by truck and rail.
  • Manufacture products to ensure that they meet specifications, and HACCP requirements. Be knowledgeable and follow FDA rules.
  • Monitor, control, and adjust production processes for optimal performance.
  • Perform routine sampling and analysis of products to ensure quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and coordinate with maintenance for equipment repairs.
  • Complete permits and documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Follow and contribute to the development of safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet safety and GMP standards.
  • Understand and comply with all safety policies and operational procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
  • May also function as a Control Room Operator as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (certification not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly during the shift.
  • Must have reliable transportation to the worksite.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Must own and wear ankle-covering safety boots.
  • Must adhere to dress code: no shorts, sleeveless shirts, or jewelry.
  • Silicone wedding bands and medical alert bracelets are permitted.
