Job description

Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
3 Month Contract (Temp to Hire)
Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm
This person will be responsible for wide format finishing, shipping material out, and also production finishing, which is cutting, shipping, and core binding books. Office experience is required, the rest can be trained. The candidate Able to lift 50-pound boxes, able to stand for long periods of time.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform wide-format and production finishing including cutting, binding, core binding books, and final QC
  • Operate high-volume copiers and production print equipment
  • Handle shipping and receiving, including packing, labeling, and checking packing slips
  • Perform bindery, scanning, and imaging tasks
  • Stock paper, replace toner, clear paper jams, and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Escalate equipment issues to service technicians as needed
  • Maintain daily logs, meter readings, and supply inventories
  • Distribute mail, office supplies, and completed jobs to designated locations
  • Provide customer service support and answer job status inquiries
  • Assist with meeting room setups, reception coverage, and light maintenance as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of copier and production areas
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related experience in office services, print, copy, mailroom, or production environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Ability to read and follow written and technical instructions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly
