Production Manager – Lead Light Fabrication and Window Shade Manufacturing Operations


Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will take the helm of a fast-growing light manufacturing and fabrication operation, initially driving production hands-on while learning the business and core manufacturing processes. You will play a vital role in shaping the manufacturing efficiency and culture of an industry innovator.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage daily fabrication schedules to ensure all client orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Optimize workflow efficiencies within the light fabrication shop to reduce waste and maximize output.
  • Mentor and train incoming production staff on safety standards, equipment operation, and quality control.
  • Oversee inventory levels of raw materials to prevent production bottlenecks and delivery delays.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to remain actively involved in day-to-day production operations.
