This long-term locum tenens radiology job offers a collaborative environment, steady weekday hours, and a strong mix of clinical cases in Central Florida.

Job Details
  • Position: Interventional Radiologist | Physician

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Assignment Length: Long-term need with coverage expected up to 104 weeks
  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,160 - $7,290
  • Work Setting: On-site radiology coverage
  • Case Mix: General diagnostic radiology with light interventional procedures
Job Requirements
  • Board Certified in Radiology
  • At least 1 year of experience required; strong general diagnostic radiology experience encouraged
  • Comfort interpreting high-volume CT studies, emergency department imaging, and acute neuro imaging
  • Experience with basic image-guided procedures and light interventional radiology work
  • Strong proficiency in plain films, body CT, ultrasound, MRI, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment and maintain accurate, timely reads
Responsibilities
  • Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies across X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine
  • Support emergency department imaging workflows and provide timely reads for urgent studies
  • Perform light interventional procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, and breast localization
  • Read and support stroke CTA, trauma imaging, and neurovascular studies
  • Contribute to routine inpatient and outpatient radiology coverage
  • Maintain strong productivity and quality in a fast-moving, team-oriented radiology practice
