Join our wonderful team as a Light/Heavy Housekeeping Attendant at Les Résidences des Bâtisseurs and play an essential role in the well-being of our residents. The advantages of being an Indispensable: A daytime schedule of 40 hours per week Rotating shifts with one weekend out of two An employee assistance program for you and your family Meals are available on site to simplify your days. Your Indispensable Role: Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the premises. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort and well-being of our residents. Consult the logbook at the start of the shift and take note of the key events. Communicate with staff and the nurse to ensure follow-up on important events. Responding to residents' requests and emergencies with empathy and efficiency. Check the security of exterior access points (closed doors). Perform floor maintenance (sweeping, washing, polishing, scrubbing, stripping, waxing) on a daily and monthly basis. Providing assistance to residents with reduced mobility (walker, wheelchair, tricycle, etc.). Maintaining the swimming pool (water testing and cleaning). Assisting with meal service, including cleaning dishes, equipment and the dining room. Clean the refrigerator, cabinets, countertops and surfaces in the dining room and kitchen. Ensure the cleanliness of all rooms in the residence.
