Light Bulb Change information

What are some safety considerations to keep in mind when performing light bulb change tasks in commercial or industrial settings?

When changing light bulbs in commercial or industrial environments, safety is a top priority. It's important to ensure the power is turned off before replacing bulbs and to use appropriate ladders or lifts to reach high fixtures. Wearing protective gloves and safety goggles can help prevent injuries from broken glass or debris. Additionally, following workplace protocols regarding the disposal of fluorescent or specialty bulbs is essential for environmental compliance. Team members often work together or communicate with facility managers to coordinate access and minimize disruption to daily operations.
