Light Assembly Jobs in Missouri (NOW HIRING)

We're looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll help keep manufacturing equipment running smoothly through troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and electrical assembly work.

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
• Complete basic industrial maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Build and wire industrial control panels.
• Repair and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with a maintenance team of 4-6 technicians.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Experience building or wiring industrial control panels is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• $20-$27 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
• 3 weeks of PTO once hired permanently.

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday
• 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Work with a team of 4-6 maintenance professionals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
