What does lifting boxes as a job involve?

Lifting boxes as a job typically involves manually moving, carrying, and stacking boxes or packages in settings such as warehouses, retail stores, shipping companies, or moving services. Workers are often responsible for loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring items are handled safely to prevent damage or injury.
