These positions require advanced knowledge of construction and rigging practices, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Whether executing critical build activities or serving as a subject matter expert who leads large teams and determines methods for complex tasks, you will help drive safe, efficient, and high‑quality project delivery.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, outdoor environments, and seasonal construction projects. We are taking applications year-round even though the average construction season typically runs from May through October, with extended hours during peak project periods.

  • Climb towers and elevated structures (up to 80 ft) using approved fall protection; install tower heads, platforms, and components.
  • Oversee or support crane lifts, load rigging, and mechanical system setup with high technical competency.
  • Read, interpret, and validate construction drawings, layout plans, and technical specifications.
  • Independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments (Level IV).
  • Coordinate site logistics, material needs, equipment staging, and task sequencing.
  • Maintain daily logs, track equipment use and support overall workflow efficiency.
  • Enforce safety protocols and promote best practices across the jobsite.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level team members; Level IV may act as an informal leader for larger crews.
  • Provide technical problem-solving and subject matter expertise on complex assignments.
  • Work extended hours during peak season (60+ hours/week).
  • Perform duties outdoors in variable mountain weather and rugged terrain.
