Lifetime Insurance Services, Inc. is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Shelby Township, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. By comparing multiple companies, we're able to find the right balance of coverage, price, and value-giving our clients more choices and helping them save without sacrificing protection.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and inbound agency leads
  • Build strong client relationships by conducting comprehensive insurance reviews
  • Quote, bind, and service personal lines policies with multiple top-rated insurance carriers
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business through proactive account reviews, renewals, and exceptional customer service
  • Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional coverage opportunities
  • Respond promptly to client quotes, inquiries, policy changes, claims assistance, and coverage questions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve policy inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role
  • Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet sales goals
  • Proficiency with agency management software and CRM tools is a plus
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
