Lifeline Sim Expert - Central Bronx Area

This position covers the Central Bronx, helping customers in ZIP codes 10457, 10458, 10459, and 10460 activate free or discounted Lifeline service while keeping their own device.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly in Central Bronx neighborhoods within the ZIPs above
  • Educate residents about Lifeline wireless benefits
  • Conduct eligibility checks and document verification
  • Complete clean, compliant enrollments
  • Meet daily/weekly activation goals
