As a Lifeguard at The Salina Country Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at the pool facilities. With a focus on providing a safe and welcoming environment, you will oversee pool operations, enforce safety protocols, and deliver exceptional hospitality to all members and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pool area to ensure safety and prevent accidents
  • Enforce all pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide immediate assistance and rescue services in the event of emergencies
  • Administer first aid and CPR as necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including arranging pool furniture and equipment
  • Conduct regular safety checks and inspections of pool facilities
  • Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience
  • Assist in organizing and overseeing pool-related activities and events
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly

Qualifications:

  • Current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA)
