Lifeforce information

What are some typical challenges faced by Lifeforce coaches when working with clients, and how do they address them?

Lifeforce coaches often encounter challenges such as engaging clients who are resistant to change or helping individuals set realistic wellness goals. To address these issues, coaches use motivational interviewing techniques, personalized action plans, and ongoing support to keep clients motivated and accountable. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams—including nutritionists, fitness experts, and medical professionals—is also common, ensuring that clients receive holistic care tailored to their needs. Regular communication and adaptability are key to overcoming obstacles and achieving positive outcomes.

What are Lifeforce providers and what do they do?

Lifeforce providers are healthcare professionals who specialize in optimizing health and performance, often through personalized diagnostics and treatments. They focus on areas such as hormone balance, nutrition, cognitive health, and preventative care. These providers typically work with clients to develop tailored plans aimed at improving energy, mental clarity, physical performance, and overall well-being. Their approach combines medical testing, lifestyle coaching, and ongoing support to help individuals achieve their health goals.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Lifeforce Coach, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Lifeforce Coach, you need a solid background in health coaching, wellness counseling, and ideally a recognized coaching certification. Familiarity with digital health platforms, data tracking tools, and possibly telehealth systems is typical for this role. Strong interpersonal communication, motivational skills, and the ability to build trust with clients are vital soft skills. These competencies ensure effective client engagement, personalized wellness guidance, and successful behavior change outcomes.

Job description

JOIN THE WORLD LEADER IN LONGEVITY MEDICINE

At Lifeforce, we are building the future of longevity medicine through best-in-class experiences. We combine cutting-edge diagnostics, personalized protocols, and high-touch care delivery to help members optimize their health and extend their healthspan.

The Director of Nursing is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for building and owning the full nursing infrastructure for Lifeforce's Ultimate Longevity Center (ULC) partnership. This includes all aspects of clinical standards and staff development, multi-state compliance, and franchise partner relationships across a growing network of in-person clinic locations.

We are looking for a registered nurse practitioner with strong operational instincts, a track record of starting programs from scratch, and the credibility to represent Lifeforce as a clinical authority with both internal leadership and external franchise partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Nursing Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop the ULC nursing organization, including on-site RNs and regional leads, across all clinic locations.

  • Own recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development for all nursing staff across the ULC network.

  • Establish training programs and clinical competency standards so every nurse delivers the same high-quality Lifeforce member experience, regardless of location.

  • Set the tone for clinical excellence, accountability, and member-first care from day one.

  • Develop and maintain initial and recurring competency validation programs for all nursing staff, including annual skills assessments and continuing education requirements.

Clinical Standards and Protocol Development

  • Develop and maintain clinical SOPs, nursing protocols, and escalation pathways for all on-site services, including phlebotomy, IV therapy, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, and vital signs assessment.

  • Translate Lifeforce medical protocols (HRT, peptide therapy, GLP-1, diagnostics) into clear, executable nursing workflows that can scale across dozens of locations.

  • Partner with clinical leadership and the Director of Operations to ensure nursing practice is fully aligned with Lifeforce's medical standards and member experience expectations.

  • Build and own quality assurance processes and metrics for nursing care delivery, including protocol adherence, documentation standards, incident reporting, medication administration compliance, member satisfaction, outcomes tracking, and clinical audit performance.

  • Establish standards for medication storage, handling, inventory controls, cold-chain management, and administration practices.

Multi-State Compliance and Licensing

  • Own state-by-state nursing compliance across all ULC markets, including RN and NP licensure requirements, scope-of-practice rules, and supervisory obligations.

  • Maintain a living compliance map as new locations open, ensuring nursing staff credentials and practices meet the regulatory requirements of each state.

  • Partner with legal and the Director of Operations on policy development, regulatory changes, and risk management as the network scales.

  • Ensure all nursing documentation, medication administration records, and clinical notes meet applicable state and federal standards.

Franchisee and Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary Lifeforce clinical nursing point of contact for ULC franchise owners and their teams, building trust and clear lines of communication from the start.

  • Travel to clinic locations (approximately 40-60% of the time, particularly during the launch phase) to support openings, onboard on-site staff, and establish clinical workflows.

  • Represent Lifeforce's clinical standards in cross-functional ULC conversations, ensuring nursing considerations are accounted for in construction planning, room design, and operational decisions.

  • Proactively identify and resolve operational or clinical issues that arise at franchise locations before they escalate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with clinical leadership, health coaching and member experience to align nursing infrastructure with broader organizational priorities.

  • Collaborate with technology and operations teams on EMR and scheduling workflows, clinical communication tools, and the systems on-site nurses rely on daily.

  • Collaborate with virtual care team to ensure seamless coordination between telehealth providers and on-site nursing services.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving clinical, operational, and business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • Active NP Licensure

  • 8+ years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 4 years in a nursing leadership, management, or director-level role.

  • Familiarity with placing IV infusions and delivering IM injections.

  • Demonstrated experience building clinical programs or nursing infrastructure in environments where the playbook did not yet exist.

  • Experience in a brick-and-mortar clinical setting such as an outpatient clinic, wellness center, or similar environment.

  • Comfort with multi-state licensing and the regulatory variation that comes with operating across state lines.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust and credibility with both internal clinical leadership and external franchise partners.

  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40 - 60% of the time, particularly during clinic launch phases.

  • Exposure to EMR platforms, scheduling tools, or operational workflow systems.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with functional medicine, hormone optimization, GLP-1, or longevity medicine service lines as a clinician or in a clinical operations capacity.

  • Experience in a franchise or multi-location clinical environment.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Company provided computer and other required equipment

  • Generous benefits package including Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

  • Complimentary Lifeforce Membership for Full Time Employees
