Join us as a Lifecycle Associate, where you'll play an integral part in crafting unforgettable experiences for our high-potential and prospective VIP players. You will be at the forefront of customer service excellence and operational effectiveness to build and strengthen relationships with our customers. You'll work to optimize our VIP engagement strategy to better understand the needs of our players and foster long-term loyalty.

What you'll do as a VIP Sales Associate
  • Engage with high-potential players through a variety of communication channels while creating strong, authentic relationships.

  • Effectively evaluate a player's potential for placement in the DraftKings VIP Program.

  • Assist in developing and optimizing strategies for player engagement and qualification.

  • Compile feedback to support improvements to the onboarding process that will continue to promote a positive player experience.

  • Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 54,400.00 USD - 68,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
