In this dynamic role, you will manage the full talent lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and compliance. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, conducting pre-employment screenings, maintaining employee records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
  • Track and maintain recruitment metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support special recruitment projects and workforce planning efforts.
Talent Lifecycle & Compliance
  • Coordinate and complete reference checks, background screenings, fingerprinting, and other pre-employment verifications.
  • Review screening results and identify potential discrepancies, risks, or missing documentation.
  • Maintain electronic employee files and ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Conduct routine audits of employee records to support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding and employment-related documentation processes. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare or human services.
    • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment processes, and candidate lifecycle management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other workplace technology.
    • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, behavioral health, or complex healthcare needs.
    • Experience with SACWIS, BCI/FBI background checks, licensing verification systems, or other state and federal compliance databases.
    • Ability to interpret background screening results and assess potential compliance concerns.
    • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other HR certification.
