Claiborne Senior Living (Hattiesburg, Independent Living) is seeking a creative and purpose-driven Life Enrichment Director to design and lead meaningful programs that enhance the daily lives of our residents.
In senior living, life enrichment is more than activities - it's connection, engagement, and creating moments that matter. This leadership role is responsible for developing experiences that support residents' physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being.

  • Working knowledge of state regulations related to life enrichment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
