Your role as a Physical Therapist will be onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility, designed to foster collaboration and enhance the patient experience. • Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to establish comprehensive therapeutic care plans in collaboration with the patient care team and physicians.

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions throughout different stages of a patient's recovery journey, ensuring continuity of care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and current clinical guidelines to deliver effective therapy that aligns with our standards of care.
• Assess therapeutic progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, keeping patient safety and comfort as top priorities.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitative therapies, exercises, and home care practices essential for recovery.
• Manage caseload efficiently, determining daily staffing needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient hand-offs and continuity.

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will engage with a varied patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, pediatric patients with developmental challenges, and adults facing chronic pain or mobility limitations. Our emphasis is on delivering compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they feel supported and motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• A valid and current Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of your employment start date.
• No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for new graduates.

While experience is not a prerequisite, any background in orthopedic physical therapy, pediatric rehabilitation, or experience with advanced therapeutic modalities will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will further enhance your ability to perform in this role.
