Working onsite at our modern rehabilitation center in Jacksonville, Florida, you'll be part of a supportive and enthusiastic team committed to improving patient health. The facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies and treatment spaces, offering a comfortable and motivating environment for both patients and staff. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care through the comprehensive management of therapy for an assigned group of patients, collaborating closely with physicians and the broader healthcare team.
• Conduct detailed assessments of patient conditions and participate in developing individualized care plans tailored to meet specific rehabilitation goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions that improve physical function and support recovery, while ensuring strict adherence to professional ethics and legal standards.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, therapies, and adaptive technologies that can be implemented beyond therapy sessions to promote ongoing recovery.
• Assess and evaluate therapeutic effectiveness throughout patient care, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Participate in the prioritization of caseloads, daily staffing requirements, and coordination of patient assignments to ensure optimal care delivery.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including both adults and pediatric clients recovering from surgical interventions, injuries, and chronic conditions. By leveraging your skills, you will facilitate recovery and functional independence, catering to individual needs and fostering a supportive healing environment.

• Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida is required.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is essential for this role.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
• We welcome new graduates; prior experience in a clinical setting is not required.

While no specific experience is required, candidates with internships or clinical rotations in orthopedic settings may have a competitive edge. Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies and documentation systems will also be advantageous.
