  • Recruit and interview qualified candidates for our MSP customer base
  • Match candidates with appropriate opportunities and submit into VMS tools
  • Build candidate and program relationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow up
  • Negotiate and present employment offers
  • Assist with compliance, unemployment and worker's compensation as needed
