Your Role:
In this role you will be part of the quality system, and ensure that components, in process products, and finished product meet their designated quality standards, and that the facility follows proper GMPs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure that all retain samples are logged in and stored according to standard operating procedures, as well as ensuring the annual review of Finished Packaged Product Retain Samples occurs on a quarterly basis, providing a written report of results to quality management each quarter.
  • Coordinate inspection of Finished Packaged Product Retain Samples for customer complaints and provide written report of results as needed.
  • Inspects incoming components for adherence to quality standards and documents results.
  • Assist in inspection and labeling of raw materials. Work closely with Receiving and Production to ensure status is appropriate and up to date, both on the materials and in SAP.
  • Performs document revisions, deviation reviews, and processes change controls in existing Quality Systems.

Physical Attributes:
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other Life Science discipline and 1+ years of GMP pharmaceutical industry experience.

OR
  • High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of GMP pharmaceutical industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with computer software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Experience with Quality Management computer systems and SAP.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills; work independently and carry out QA decisions based on GMPs and appropriate procedures.
  • Experience reading and interpreting documents such as quality standards, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Pay Range for this position: $29 - $44 / hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
