Your Role

A Sr. Consultant at Capgemini Invent is a senior contributor, often aiding the on-site client manager. You will build client relationships, participate in leading workstreams, and support practice growth through sales, recruitment, training, and team engagement. This role offers diverse project exposure, deepening your expertise and experience. This position supports analytics and business insights management consulting for Life Sciences, focusing on Sales & Marketing.

Project Management and Delivery
  • Simplify complex situations and data to create actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Work with teams and clients to set vision, goals, and strategies.
  • Use consulting skills to synthesize data into clear deliverables for clients.
  • Lead transformation projects.
  • Test hypotheses and present insights to clients.
  • Contribute to AI-driven CRM strategies using analytics and technology to improve patient and HCP engagement, including personalized campaigns.
  • Collaborate with mixed teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Present insights using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Business Development
  • Play a major role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Identify opportunities for project expansion while on assignment.
Building Our Brand
  • Support thought leadership and develop innovative offerings in AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.
People Development
  • Help grow the team aiding in initiatives related to recruiting, training, and community-building.
Qualification & Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience at a consulting firm, with a focus on analytics and business insights management consulting related work in the Life Sciences Industry, with a particular focus in the Sales & Marketing functional areas (e.g., Field Sales, Sales Operations, Brand Marketing, Omnichannel, Market Access, Patient Services)
  • Notable experience with industry-related data sets such as clinical, claims, and specialty channel data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony)
  • Familiarity with standard programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Scala) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for potential client transformation initiatives
  • Undergraduate or Masters degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa
  • Proven track record of core consulting skills, including meeting and workshop development and management, deck writing, storyboarding, inductive/deductive reasoning, client interviewing, issue analysis, data analysis, process design, and change management
  • Experience managing workstreams and small teams
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong ability to perform exploratory data analysis
  • Mastery in Microsoft Office suite skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Leadership, poise, and ability to interact with executive level clients
  • Ability to travel 70% to 80%, dependent on client needs

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 to $212,700

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
