Physical Therapist Care partner qualifications include:

  • Current Georgia Physical Therapist PT license in good standing
  • One year of experience working in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community but willing to train new grads
  • Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
  • Genuine passion for working with elders
  • Strong team work/collaboration skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
