Dental Lab Technician – Removables (Dentures/Partials)

Must have removable dental lab experience to apply.
Pay is based on experience.

Are you an experienced Dental Lab Technician with a passion for creating high-quality dentures and partials from start to finish? Do you take pride in your craftsmanship and want to be part of a growing, team-driven organization?

At Robinson Dental, we operate an in-house dental laboratory that supports our three current locations, with a fourth location opening in June 2026. We are looking for a skilled Removables Lab Technician who can manage cases independently while working alongside a supportive team of doctors, assistants, and lab professionals.

We hire based on our core values—integrity, compassion, teamwork, growth, and excellence—and we’re seeking someone who shares those same standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Fabricate full dentures and partials from start to finish

  • Set teeth, wax-ups, processing, finishing, and polishing

  • Complete repairs, relines, and adjustments

  • Pour models, articulate cases, and work with impressions/bites

  • Maintain quality control and consistency on all removable cases

  • Communicate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure proper case outcomes

  • Support lab organization and workflow as needed

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of dental lab experience preferred (removables required)

  • Strong knowledge of removable prosthetics materials and processes

  • Ability to complete cases independently with minimal supervision

  • High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to grow with our organization

What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay based on experience

  • Full-time benefits package including health, vision, HSA, life insurance, and 401(k) with matching

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

  • Employee discounts on dental services

  • A stable, growing company with long-term opportunity

  • A supportive in-house lab environment serving multiple locations
