Role and Responsibilities: As a Project Leader at SFBLIC, you'll spearhead key strategic projects, guiding them from conception to completion. This role is a unique opportunity to not only manage your own project but also to support larger initiatives under the mentorship of experienced Project Managers and Senior Leaders. This position is more than a job; it's a steppingstone to becoming a leader. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead projects with precision, meeting clear objectives and delivering exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with inspired, dedicated teams, drawing on the expertise of IT, Policy Administration, Marketing, Management, and others
  • Shape strategies and adapt plans to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders, ensuring project success.

Growth opportunities:
  • Collaborate with the PMO director, Project Managers (PMs), and Executive Project Board members to define project objectives, approaches, and scopes.
  • Craft, convey, and uphold Project Management plans and project roadmaps alongside your teams.
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with established plans and objectives.
  • Manage project artifacts, DevOps boards, and maintain effective communication channels with teams.
  • Monitor, track, and communicate project risks and issues, escalating them to management and executives when necessary.
  • Guarantee the productivity, quality, and predictability of the team's project work, as well as the stability and satisfaction of the team. Implement corrective actions with internal teams and vendors, and escalate unresolved issues as required.

Qualifications:
  • Individuals with a 4-year college degree (BS/BA) and a passion for project management.
  • Those holding or pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification are highly preferred. PMP required for Project Manager
  • Candidates with a minimum of 3 years in IT or project team experience, or 5 years within our company, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and processes.
  • Aspiring leaders with a knack for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Goal-oriented professionals who are organized, confident communicators, and possess a strong technical aptitude.
