Serving our community is one of my greatest passions. Our agency proudly supports JDRF, a cause that is especially meaningful to my family. Each Thanksgiving, we host a food drive benefiting the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, and when hurricanes or other natural disasters impact our area, we organize our Hurricane Heroes initiative to collect and deliver essential supplies to families in need.
Our agency offers a competitive base salary plus commission, performance bonuses, an annual incentive trip, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, ongoing training, professional development, and opportunities for career advancement.
Our culture is built around integrity, teamwork, and helping people succeed. I'm looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals who take initiative, enjoy serving others, and are committed to personal and professional growth.
