What does a life insurance case manager do?

A Life Insurance Case Manager oversees the application process for life insurance policies, acting as a liaison between clients, agents, and insurance carriers. They ensure that all necessary documentation is collected, review applications for completeness, and follow up on outstanding requirements. Their role includes tracking the progress of cases, resolving any issues that arise, and facilitating communication to ensure timely policy approvals. By managing these details, they help clients smoothly secure the life insurance coverage they need.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a life insurance case manager?
