Position Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one month of similar or related experience
  • Prior call center or financial industry experience is a plus
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Ability to use a computer, phone printer, scanner/copier, sitting or standing for extended periods, pushing, pulling, and possibly lifting up to 50 pounds
