Job Description

The Life Enrichment Director plans and coordinates a variety of social events to provide a vibrant and active community life for our residents.ย  Some of those activities include:

  • Determine residentย program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, resident council meetings, and communication with resident families.
  • Plan daily and weekly programsย to engage residents in the community to meet their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Assist in planning programs and eventsย that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and programs.

Qualifications

  • College degree in related field, or certificate program.
  • 2+ years of activity programming experience.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience, in senior living preferred.
  • A love for seniors!
  • Highly organized and great time management skills
  • Energetic, engaging, and caring personality
  • Ability to connect with people
