Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and quoting systems is typically required, along with ongoing education to maintain licensure. What is a life insurance agent?

Life insurance agents are professionals who help individuals and families choose life insurance policies that meet their financial needs and goals. They assess clients’ situations, explain various policy options, and assist in the application process. Their main goal is to ensure clients are adequately protected and understand the benefits and terms of their chosen coverage.

Is it hard to get hired as a life insurance agent?

Many also utilize digital marketing and social media to reach a wider audience. Ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge can further enhance an agent's credibility and effectiveness.
