Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled person to join our Parts & Services team. In this role, you will take ownership of technical activities related to spare parts identification, design, and support, acting as a key link between engineering, manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and our customers.
This is a dynamic position with high visibility, offering the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments - Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Service - while also engaging directly with customers in the field. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to apply their technical expertise, influence decisions, and make an impact in a segment that is expanding rapidly within our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Identify parts from assemblies and multi-drawings.
• Create, adapt, and revise 2D/3D models and drawings; define tolerances and specifications in alignment with standards under guidance.
• Support in creating Material Masters for own identification parts
• Prepare maintenance kits/BOMs and technical recommendations, support cost dept and sales technical arguments.
• Conduct customer site visits for equipment inspection and technical recommendation.
• Assist customers with the detailed explanation of requested parts.
• Ability to discuss directly with customers regarding spare parts requests.
• Knowledge over part life cycle and equipment process
• Determine the best source for purchased and manufactured parts using local and international suppliers.
• Support warranty investigations, vendors, workshop with inputs and documentation.
• Participate in continuously improving processes, standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to ~20% for customer visits and production floor work.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Previous experience in parts & services or in paper industry is highly valued.
  • Experience with technical drawing interpretation and CAD software.
  • Ability to work independently while building strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in technical environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of paper machines or paper production processes.
  • Experience with SAP and documentation systems is a plus.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field - or proven technical experience in spare parts, or related industries.
