Job description

Koa Sports is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, whose mission is to Shape Kids' Lives Through Sports. We are looking for dedicated coaches who can lead our kids on and off the playing field. We believe in coaching kids to become standouts in their respective sports, as well as successful people in life.  On and off the field success are equally important for Koa's overall mission. At Koa, we pride ourselves on creating a positive environment for our players and their families. We also provide training for coaches that have not have not been on the other side of the ball before.
 
Responsibilities: MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. Be a proven leader, who leads by example both on and off the field. Be a great role model to the children. Responsive via email (within 24 hours).  Be responsible and take pride in shaping children's lives. Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
Experience: Must have a background in baseball. Experience in coaching is a plus.
Pay: $15 p/hour with the opportunity for a raise.
