Job description

IDR is seeking a Lien Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Richardson, TX. This role involves managing lien processes and administrative duties within a dynamic, fast-paced environment in the financial or commercial credit industry.
Position Overview for the Lien Specialist:
  • The Lien Specialist is responsible for ensuring all requested lien releases and filings are accurately and promptly entered into the NCS system.
  • This position performs administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and supporting departmental activities.
  • The role requires managing the Lien Release Mailbox, verifying payment statuses, and completing lien waivers.
  • You will enter preliminary and lien notice information, perform property owner searches, and handle correspondence with customers.
  • The role reports to the Commercial Credit Services Supervisor and involves high volume, detail-oriented work.
Requirements for the Lien Specialist:
  • At least 1-2 years of related experience in lien processing or accounts receivable.
  • Familiarity with commercial lien procedures and lien release management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Experience with GetPaid, NCS, or SAP is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and accuracy in administrative tasks.
