Guideline Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team of mental health professionals. • Provide high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.
• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' mental health status, which includes evaluating their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally responsive, taking into account each patient's unique circumstances and needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a comprehensive approach to patient care, ensuring effective communication and continuity throughout the treatment process.
• Monitor and document progress in patient health, adjusting treatment plans in response to their feedback and clinical insights.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality, including secure handling of patient information and obtaining informed consent prior to services.

The LICSW will primarily serve individuals in a detox setting, who often present with a complex range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma-related disorders and mood disorders. Understanding the unique challenges faced by this population is crucial to effectively facilitating recovery and support.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, which equips you with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed in this role.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two to three years of experience providing psychotherapy and other mental health services, ideally with a focus on clients in addiction treatment and recovery settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enhance your ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team of healthcare professionals.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.
