  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Position Summary:
      • Organizes patient care; prioritizes critical care first implementing physicians orders; responsible for radiographic examinations utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment within national guidelines; identifies each patient, and records pertinent data; contributes to the efficient operations; and promotes a philosophy ensuring quality and continuity of patient care.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • Graduate of an AMA/JCERT accredited Radiologic Technology program
    • Minimum Experience
      • One year experience as an Ultrasound, CT or Mammography technologist preferred
    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registry in Radiography (R) or completion of registration within first 90 days of employment
      • Registered or Registry Eligible for ARDMS or CT preferred
      • Registered or Registry Eligible for ARDMS, CT, or MRI preferred
      • Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) through the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA)
      • Current eligible Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or completion of eligible BLS Certification within first 90 days of employment
