This position is fully remote, centered around our Community Health Clinic's outpatient model. • Conduct in-depth assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to resonate with different client populations.
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment plans with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical compliance standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Continuously engage in professional development through workshops and training focused on evolving mental health practices and innovations in therapeutic approaches.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide services to a varied client demographic, addressing issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The salary for this position ranges from USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
