Work Environment

This full-time position allows for the flexibility of remote work from anywhere, enabling a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care. Though the work is conducted remotely, our collaborative environment is supported by our partnership with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, sharing leadership and resources to provide a vast array of mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and next steps, which may include planning for discharge when appropriate.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client session to ensure continuity of care.
  • Carrying out comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and determine suitable treatment strategies.
  • Scheduling and facilitating individual psychotherapy sessions weekly to provide therapeutic support.
  • Engaging in individual supervision to enhance professional development and therapeutic efficacy.
