We are seeking to hire a Memory Care Unit Manager - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - RN.

  • $80K annual compensation.

Memory Care Unit Manager - RN or LPN Qualifications:  

  • WI LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse license.
  • Experience working with Seniors required; especially an Assisted Living setting.
  • Care Plan development experience.
  • High level clinical knowledge and skills.

Memory Care Unit Manager - RN or LPN Job Summary:

  • Coordination of care and health services for residents.
  • Manage state and federal compliance and funding regulations.
  • Create and implement Care Plans.
  • Management of care provided by Resident Care Assistants.
  • Manage resident care and interaction with physicians and other care providers.
