Job description

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Irrigation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to irrigation repair calls, conducting monthly walkthroughs, and evaluating irrigation systems to ensure efficient performance. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and evaluations of irrigation systems.
  • Complete necessary paperwork accurately, provide to customers as needed, and submit to supervisor.
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment while maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Read plans for new installations and ensure compliance with permit restrictions.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to read and understand installation plans and follow permit guidelines.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and Social Security documentation.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday and to be on-call for emergency situations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the irrigation field.
  • TCEQ Irrigation Technician certification required.
