Lifekind Health is looking for Physician Assistants to join our team full-time in our Indio clinic. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a transdisciplinary team, contributing to the health and well-being of patients by delivering innovative and personalized medical solutions within the Unitized Transdisciplinary Care (UTC) program.

Schedule: 4/10's, Clinics are open 7 days a week, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Availability to work Saturday and/or Sunday may be required.


About the position:

  • Deliver care using a holistic, interdisciplinary approach in collaboration with medical doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, behavioral health providers, dietitians, and other health partners within our patented care model
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop, execute, monitor, and adjust comprehensive and coordinated care plans that include shared goals with measurable outcomes
  • Assess and document patient health through interviews, examinations, observations, and review of medical histories
  • Diagnose health conditions, order and interpret lab work and diagnostic studies following established protocols
  • Evaluate and manage chronic pain conditions as part of comprehensive care plans, integrating pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies
  • Collaborate with pain management specialists and complementary providers (chiropractors, acupuncturists) to develop individualized multimodal pain treatment strategies
  • Perform interventional pain procedures as trained and credentialed, including joint injections, trigger point injections, and other minimally invasive therapies
  • Educate patients on safe pain management practices including opioid stewardship, alternative therapies, and self-management techniques
  • Monitor treatment efficacy and adjust care plans to optimize function, quality of life, and long-term health outcomes
  • Document all patient encounters and sign medical charts within72 hours as per industry standards and guidelines
