  • Developing effective workshare golden rules for the team.

  • Motivating, evaluating, and recognizing team members while fostering their professional development in cooperation with HR.

  • Deploying global systems engineering processes, methods, and tools while providing feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Collecting lessons learned and innovation opportunities to enhance the reference library and sharing outcomes at the department level.

  • Estimating and validating activity quotations for tenders and projects.

  • Managing workload capacity in alignment with business strategies and reporting status and issues to department leadership.

  • Committing to project and tender QCD objectives related to Signalling Systems Engineering.

  • Be the Work Package Owner of the full Signalling and Telecom Engineering team
